Our pricing includes a professional service charge in addition to any applicable government fee. All visa approvals are determined solely by the respective immigration authorities.

3. No Approval Guarantee

VisaFiling.com does not guarantee visa, eVisa, ETA, travel authorization, or entry approval.

Final decisions are made only by the relevant government authority, embassy, consulate, immigration department, border authority, or official visa-processing body.

A successful submission through VisaFiling.com does not guarantee approval, entry permission, border clearance, or acceptance by an airline or destination authority.

4. You May Apply Directly

VisaFiling.com provides paid support for travelers and organizations who prefer guidance, document review, application assistance, and processing support.

Our service fee is charged for the support we provide and is separate from any government, embassy, portal, payment-processing, courier, biometric, appointment, or third-party fees unless clearly stated otherwise.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information, documents, and instructions provided to VisaFiling.com are complete, accurate, truthful, and up to date.

You agree that:

Once an application is submitted to a government authority, embassy, consulate, official portal, or third-party provider, government and third-party fees are generally non-refundable.

9. Refund and Cancellation

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to VisaFiling.com. Approved refunds may take reasonable processing time depending on the payment method, bank, gateway, or service provider.

10. Processing Times and Delays

Processing times shown on VisaFiling.com or communicated by our team are estimates only.

Processing may be affected by:

• You will not misrepresent VisaFiling.com as a government authority or approval-guaranteeing provider.

VisaFiling.com may refuse or suspend B2B services if we believe a partner is submitting false information, misleading clients, violating laws, misusing our brand, or creating operational, reputational, or legal risk.

14. Refusal of Service

VisaFiling.com reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel service where:

• Information appears false, incomplete, suspicious, or misleading.
• Documents appear altered, forged, or unreliable.
• The customer behaves abusively or unlawfully.
• The requested service is not supported.

• Loss of profits, business, opportunity, or reputation
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses
• Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
• Technical failures of government portals, third-party websites, payment gateways, banks, or communication platforms

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the VisaFiling.com service fee paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, excluding government, embassy, portal, payment-processing, courier, or third-party fees.

19. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VisaFiling.com, AbroadX Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd., its directors, employees, partners, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Incorrect, false, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you
• Use of forged or altered documents

• Violation of any law or regulation
• Unauthorized submission of another person's information
